By accessing and using the SmartFarmPilot platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
SmartFarmPilot provides a cloud-based software platform designed to help agricultural operations manage customers, products, orders, tasks, and other farm operations. The Service includes web-based applications, mobile interfaces, and associated features.
Account Creation
To use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of unauthorized account access
Permitted Uses
You may use our Service to:
- Manage your agricultural business operations
- Store and organize farm-related data
- Collaborate with team members and customers
- Generate reports and analytics for your operations
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious code or attempt to hack the platform
- Spam, harass, or abuse other users
- Share account access with unauthorized parties
- Use the Service for illegal agricultural practices
Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you input into our Service, including customer information, product details, and farm operation data. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Data Processing
By using our Service, you grant us permission to process your data as necessary to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Data Export
You can export your data at any time through our platform's export features. Upon account termination, we will provide reasonable assistance in data export for 30 days.
Subscription Plans
Our Service is provided on a subscription basis with different plan levels. Current pricing is available on our pricing page.
Billing
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
- Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended
Free Trials
Free trial periods are provided at our discretion and may be subject to plan limitations. Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled.
Uptime
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
Support
Support is provided based on your subscription plan. We offer email support for all users, with priority support available for higher-tier plans.
Our Rights
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartFarmPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or business interruption.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SmartFarmPilot from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless otherwise required by law.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes to these Terms at least 30 days in advance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in competent courts.
