Tips for Stock Management

  • Set realistic thresholds: Base thresholds on how quickly products sell and how long it takes to restock.
  • Check regularly: Review inventory at least weekly to catch issues before they affect orders.
  • Track perishables closely: Fresh products need more frequent monitoring than shelf-stable items.
  • Use multiple warehouses: Separate cold storage from dry storage for accurate tracking.
